April 8, 2025As part of a regional activation, Clase Azul Brand Manager and Educator Antoun Chabtini visited Lebanon for a weeklong series of immersive sessions with industry professionals and hospitality teams.
His visit included interactive tastings, food pairing experiences, and in-depth training sessions across key locations. It began with a full portfolio workshop for the sales and marketing team at Gabriel Bocti SAL. The journey continued with staff trainings and guided tastings at Clap Beirut with the Addmind team, as well as a curated mezcal experience at Marly’s Beirut that explored the artisanal production process and the difference between mezcal and tequila.
At Lucy Lu The Boutique and Beihouse Beirut, Antoun led refined food pairing sessions, carefully matching each Clase Azul expression with a dedicated dish while sharing the story and flavor science behind every pairing.
This visit reinforced product knowledge, strengthened brand storytelling, and brought the Clase Azul experience closer to key partners across Lebanon.
